We have the 2nd underskirt done. The bodic needs some handwork still.

The partlet and Chemise are finished. Notice my daughters head peaking out over the mannequin, lol.

Judy is now working on the bodice and Melinda is working on the 2nd underskirt. Ingrid will be here tomorrow to try it all on.

Melinda has the first underskirt and overskirt ready for a fitting. We will have to h ave Ingrid over.

I am shown working on the partlet adding the collar and getting ready to put on sleeves.

This crazy thing is a bum roll and I am just finishing the inside seam. Scroll down to see it on a maniquin.

After much fabric and machine problems Melinda finaly got the underskirt done.

This is the male version of the Toy Island troup costumes.

Here is the Toy land troup pictures on a maniquin. the front bodice is detailed with black growgain ribbion and soutache on the tabs. The yellow under skirt is trimed with soutach and red bias tape.

Before we closed for thaanksgiving I had half of Ingrids cartrige pleats sewn onto the waistband. today we will pick it up where we left of

Long day of cutting fabric. Cut all of Ingrids garments and all of Kylies, cutting 11am to 8 pm

I also drafted the pieces that where needed to make the Princess garments special. Tomorrow we start to sew.

Today we started cutting both Ingrids gown and Kylies.

Ingrids cartrige pleats are gathered up and just need to be sewn onto the waistband.

Kylies skirt is cut and awaiting sewing.

This is Melinda working on Ingrids skirt.

Melinda and I have decided on this design for the Red bodices. The front panel will be yellow with black trim criss crossing it. The bottom tabs still may change but the bodic is solid.

I am working with my friend on a group of costumes for Toy Island at the Arizona Renassance Faire. They will be in red and yellow accented in black.
